Key skills for the job
Ability to handle office correspondence independently.
Effective and professional communication abilities, including being able to communicate at all level with the employees/vendors/clients/guests and should be efficient in preparing the reports of the meetings and proficiency in administrative work.
Prepare minutes of the meetings and keep records.
Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate.
Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters etc.)
Make travel arrangements for Secretaries/Executives & Members.
Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
Any other responsibilities as and when assigned.
Qualification:
Graduate in Office Management with relevant experience of 05 years.
