Develop and execute human resources strategies aligned with the Manage and maintain CEO s schedule and calendar, including prioritizing and coordinating appointments and meetings.
Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, both domestic and international, and prepare travel expense reports.
Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as requested by the CEO.
Conduct research and compile data to prepare documents and reports for review and presentation by the CEO.
Attend meetings with the CEO, taking notes, and following up on action items.
Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, letters, and requests for meetings.
Manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Coordinate and facilitate communication between the CEO and internal staff as we'll as external contacts.
Handle requests and queries appropriately and ensure timely resolution.
Anticipate the needs of the CEO and proactively address issues that arise.
2. Executive Assistant Requirements
Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar administrative role supporting C-level executives.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple deadlines.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
High degree of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality. bachelors degree preferred.
Experience in handling travel arrangements and expense reporting. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
