Quality Analyst Intern

Responsibilities:

1) Quality Testing & Monitoring:

• Perform basic testing on raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods.
• Assist in quality control checks at different stages of production.

2) GMP & GHP Adherence:

• Ensure strict adherence to GMP and GHP guidelines across the manufacturing floor.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene protocols as per industry standards.

3) Documentation & Reporting:

• Assist in maintaining accurate records of all quality tests conducted.
• Help in preparing and reviewing quality manuals and other documentation related to quality assurance procedures.

4) Continuous Improvement:

• Understand quality concepts and participate in initiatives to improve quality standards within the production environment.
• Collaborate with the team to suggest and implement improvements to enhance product quality.

Qualifications:

• B.Tech in Food Technology or related field.
• Female candidates only.
• Basic knowledge of raw materials, finished goods (FG), and packaging material testing.
• Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Hygiene Practices (GHP).
