Yethi Consulting is conducting a walk-in interviews for the following positions - Test Analyst and Sr. Test Analyst, Test Lead, SME and Test Manager. In Chennai on Saturday, January 25th, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Only candidates with experience in software testing in the banking domain will be considered. Experience in non-banking operations, investment banking, e-commerce, telecom, or healthcare will not be considered.

Job Description

Candidate should have good working experience in Treasury modules and Foreign Remitances module in current project or previous project not older than 2 years. Should be hands on with Function paths and have good understanding of modules worked on.

• Roles: Test Analyst and Sr. Test Analyst, Test Manager, SME and Test Manager
• Location: Chennai
• Experience: 2 to 16 years

Role & responsibilities

• Functional requirement analysis from BRD docs
• Test Scenario and Test Plan preparation and review
• Test execution both Manual and Automation
• Defect logging and tracking to closure, Defect Management
• Stake holder management
• Willing to Travel, Good communication skills, Client facing.
• stakeholder relationships across all groups within Bank ensuring alignment to common objectives and fulfilment of criteria and requirements across the various businesses and units
• Job Holder needs to interact with TCM Trading desk to understand the requirement. One also must review and agree the proposed solution with users
• One is also expected to analyze various solutions from the market and propose to the users to help grow business.
• Job Holder is expected to understand the problem from the user, get it analyzed and resolved at the earliest to avoid any business impact.
• One is also expected to interact with other group to resolve the problems as needed.
• Job Holder should be capable of independently running the business for Trading Cluster from technology side.
• One also has the responsibility to make sure that there is no impact or downtime of the system in trading hours to avoid impact to business.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven working experience in Treasury - In-depth working knowledge in Money Market/Forex/Deals like Spot Forward/Back Office/ Swift messages, Derivatives, Securities, Bonds, Mutual Funds and Equity,
• Application exp Flexcube
• System awareness, testing and certification of the various products changes/customizations in Treasury.
• Thorough Knowledge of Treasury Operations and regulatory guidelines.
• Should have good knowledge of products and functions of Treasury.
• Working knowledge of Functional is must and GUI and Regression testing will be an added advantage.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to explain bugs and other issues identified and produce bug reports, documentation, and feedback to both product owners and software developers.
• Ability to highlight and drive issues forward from identification through to resolution.
• Experience of working on Treasury applications Finmechanics
• Ability to be flexible and align to client requirements and work.
• Professional certification will be an added advantage.
