The Opportunity
We are looking at expanding our domestic sales teams to leverage significant growth opportunities. We are looking for self-motivated and experienced salespeople who have sold IT Solutions to the BFSI Industry, preferably with significant exposure to Testing Services & Quality Assurance.
Job Description : -
Undertaking market research to determine target organisations and key decision makers.
Contacting clients to present company capabilities and help clients in evaluating our solutions and manages the end-to-end sales cycle. You will be involved in a large part of the deal lifecycle (Opportunity identification, communicating value proposition, creating client presentations and proposals, building and maintaining client relationships.)
Leverages internal teams to pursue and convert prospects and build robust pipeline.
Develop Alliances and Partnerships and drive channels sales in the assigned region.
Explain value-proposition of companys Products & Services to the prospect.
Willing to travel
Desired Skills and Experience :
Significant experience in IT/ITeS Sales
Ability to generate independent leads.
Brings 4- 7 yrs years of experience in India sales targeting the Financial Instituitions
Experience of selling to Indian banks is preferred.
Experience in selling Services/solutions.
Effective Negotiation skills and proven sales record of successfully closing the deals.
Ability to nurture and grow future business interest.
Hands-on in writing proposals and presentation skills.
