Job Description
- System Enhancement:
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify opportunities for system improvements.
- Evaluate new features and functionality of core banking platforms and recommend implementation strategies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration:
- Act as a liaison between Engineering team, QA Team, and Clients.
- Communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders to ensure clarity of system capabilities.
- Documentation:
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for requirements, processes, and system configurations.
- Education:
- Bachelors / Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in core banking platforms such as Temenos T24, Finacle, or FLEXCUBE, Kiya.
- Experience with APIs, middleware technologies, and system integration frameworks.
- Strong SQL and No SQL database skills (e.g., Oracle, Mongo).
- Domain Expertise:
- In-depth knowledge of retail banking products and processes, including savings accounts, loans, deposits, and payments.
- Analytical Skills:
- Ability to analyze complex problems and propose effective solutions.
- Communication:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- Product-specific certifications in core banking platforms.
- ITIL or Agile certifications.
