Yethi Consulting is conducting a walk-in interviews for the following positions - Test Analyst and Sr. Test Analyst. In Chennai on Saturday, January 25th, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Only candidates with experience in software testing in the banking domain will be considered. Experience in non-banking operations, investment banking, e-commerce, telecom, or healthcare will not be considered.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sr. Test Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for the quality assurance of our Internet Banking and Mobile Banking applications. You will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality, user-friendly, and secure digital banking experiences to our customers.

Role & responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Internet Banking and Mobile Banking applications.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Identify, log, and track defects using defect tracking tools.
• Work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to development teams.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Stay abreast of the latest testing methodologies and tools.
• Experience in Appzillon (i-exceed) product testing is highly preferred.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in testing Internet Banking and Mobile Banking applications.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Experience in writing and executing test cases, test scripts, and test plans.
• Proficiency in defect tracking and reporting tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).
• Experience in automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, UFT) is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in testing Appzillon (i-exceed) products.
• Experience in working with Agile development methodologies.
• Knowledge of banking domain and regulations.
