Unit Manager Digital Collections

ROLE SUMMARY

To manage digital collections and execute related task, inter and intra department coordination for analytics and allocation strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ ACCOUNTABILITIES

Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities

• Managing digital partners
• Formalizing & Driving digital strategy
• Maintaining MIS and Timely performance review and reporting

Core Responsibilities

• To monitor and drive performance on collections through digital channels across various delinquency pools.
• Analyse and investigate collection gaps which can be resolved digitally.
• To identify, monitor and prepare complete road map, nudges, strategy for digital collections.
• Develop all critical reports on Excel / any other available tool so that the same can be viewed by the collection team.
• To steer the meetings and direct them towards deliverables.
• Provide guidance to team with analytically arrived strategies and new strategies in digital collections.

People Management or Self-Management Responsibilities

• Maintain good working relation with other teams (internal and external stake holders)
• Drive performance and deliverability of digital collections.
• Act as a pivot for knowledge acquiring and sharing for technology related to digital collection.

Risk and Internal Control Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with audit and infosec requirements of the organization
