Business Compliance Manager -Merchant Acquiring- Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to all relevant regulatory, card network requirements, industry standards and banks compliance, audit, risk and policy guidelines.
• Creating and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with laws and regulations. Ensure bank and business policies are effectively communicated and understood across the unit.
• System development or process changes as required are implemented within the stipulated timelines.
• Monitor and conduct regular checks and reviews to ensure ongoing adherence to compliance standards.
• Ensure Internal Audits and Risk Review for the business are conducted smoothly with continuous support on data & process walkthrough.
• Track and close all open points for regulatory, schemes and internal audit and risk compliance.
• Timely submission of certificates and reports to regulatory bodies, card networks and bank’s control functions.
• Preparing reports on compliance status, issues, and risks for management.
• Acting as the point of contact for regulatory bodies and ensuring timely responses to inquiries or investigations.
• Work closely with Compliance, Risk, Audit, Legal, Product, Portfolio, Service, Technology, Operations and other control functions in bank to integrate compliance into business processes.
