JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Sourcing of strategic premises for setting up of YES BANK branches, regional offices, cash hubs & currency chests.
• Managing existing real estate portfolio of 500 + nos. of branches and offices in west region.
• Timely renewal of lease / leave and license agreements.
• Negotiations / renegotiations with existing landlords for rental rationalization or cost savings.
• Relocations of business unit for improvising P&L.
• Acquisition and management of YBL’s subsidiary’s property portfolio.
• Target based property acquisition in western India i.e. Maharashtra, Gujarat, MP, Goa & Rajasthan. Across acquisition categories – metro cities, urban/ semi-urban, rural, unbanked location (Tier I to VI) 
• Primary legal due diligence and then procuring title clearance report from external solicitor firms. 
• Mitigation of Society, Municipal Corporation or any such legal entity related matters with landlords.
• Documentation for smooth change of ownerships of bank occupied properties.
• Brokers & lawyers empanelment for smooth functioning.
• Space management / remodeling of available offices for optimum usage.
• Co-ordination between landlords and projects team and facility team for smooth functioning of business.
• Co-ordination and briefing with internal departments i.e. Legal, Projects and Finance till smooth launch of the branch.
• Providing leads of various banking products to business team from landlords and other network.
