[COO to Chairman & Managing Director, Real Estate Company]

Experience : 10 to 15 Yrs

Salary : 15 to 30 Lakhs P.A

(At least Few years Experience in Real Estate Companies is must)

Role & responsibilities

To handle the Entire aspects of Real Estate Operation in coordination with the CMD.

Should have fair knowledge to deal with all the Departments of a Real Estate Development Company and to have a control, coordinate, generate reports, and to Analize it.

Should have the the Knowledge of Operations Experience in Real Estate Development companies.

Should have the skills to analize the above data and give suitable suggestions to take quick decision by the CMD

Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents by coordinating with various verticals all Departments.

Coordinate with Clients and Departments Heads , ensuring deadlines an deliverables are of high quality.

Organize and coordinate meetings, including Departments, Projects and with Clients etc.

Prepare briefing materials study the same and to and ensure that it is fool proof before presenting to Departments Heads and CMD,

Act as the primary point of contact between the CMD and internal & external stakeholders.

Screen and prioritize emails, meetings, emails and other communications.

Maintain and update the CMDs files, records, and databases. Support in research and compiling data for decision-making and strategy development for the various verticals of the Company.

The following are key points for selection :

Female/ Male Candidate with Minimum 10 Years experience as EA to Chairman/ Director / VP Operations / CEO/ COO in Real Estate companies

Should have consider Knowledge of all the departments ( Eg . Legal, Accounts, Liaisoning, Projects, Sales, Procurement etc)

(That means, the candidate should have some Knowledge about these departments, how it functions, Sales. Cashflow, and control the HODs)

Desired Candidates:

Well qualified MBA or IIM graduates who has good analytical skills, Strong communication and presentation skills. Or Minimum Graduate with relevant experience as mentioned above.
