Presales Executive

Roles & Responsibilities:

Responsible for handling the customers inquiry and coordination with Sales team,

Follow-up with customers.

Client Relationship Management, handling calls, collecting and updating the database.

Job & Skills Requirement:

• Should have good communication skill.
• Handful knowledge in MS Office and other Basics of computer.
• Should generate leads by researching potential clients and identifying opportunities for new business
• Should work with customers to identify their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements
• Should create proposals that outline the features and benefits of products or services and demonstrate how they can address the customer's needs

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
• Real-Estate back-ground Must.
• 1-3 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
