Presales Executive

Customer Interaction:

• Provide accurate information about real estate projects, amenities, pricing, and payment plans.
• Address initial queries and concerns to build interest.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.

✅ Sales Coordination:

• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
• Track and follow up with leads until they are handed over to the sales team.
• Assist in promotional activities, events, and campaigns.

✅ Reporting & Documentation:

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on lead status.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback for process improvement.

Key Skills & Requirements:

✔ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
✔ Basic knowledge of real estate industry & terminologies (preferred)
✔ Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally
✔ Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
✔ Fluent in English and regional languages (preferred)
