Presales Executive

Job Summary:
Spyka Homes is looking for a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive preferable female with 1-3 years of experience in real estate, especially in apartment sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills in Tamil and English and be proficient in handling leads, explaining project details, and coordinating site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Handling:
• Call and follow up with leads generated by the marketing team and other external sources.
• Identify potential buyers and assess their requirements.

• Customer Engagement:
• Provide detailed information about the project, amenities, pricing, and other specifications.
• Answer customer queries and address concerns effectively.
• Build a strong relationship with prospective buyers and maintain engagement.

• Site Visit Coordination:
• Schedule and arrange site visits for interested prospects.
• Ensure a smooth experience for potential customers during their visit.

• Data Management:
• Maintain and update lead records in Excel or CRM tools.
• Track and report on lead status, follow-ups, and conversions.

Key Requirements:

• 1-3 years of experience in real estate, especially in apartment sales.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English.
• Experience in handling lead management tools (Excel/CRM software).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a customer-centric approach.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Prior experience in pre-sales, tele calling, or real estate sales.
