Assistant Sales Manager

Job Summary:
Spyka Homes is looking for an Assistant Field Sales Manager who is willing to work at site sales offices and ready to relocate across various project locations in Chennai and its outskirts. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer visits, explaining project details, negotiating pricing, and closing sales. The role requires coordination with the pre-sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Handling & Site Sales:
• Attend customers visiting the site, including those arranged by the pre-sales team and walk-in prospects.
• Provide a complete walkthrough of the project, explaining amenities, unit specifications, pricing, and payment plans.
• Address customer queries and concerns, ensuring a smooth and informed decision-making process.

• Sales Negotiation & Deal Closure:
• Effectively negotiate pricing and payment terms with potential buyers.
• Convert leads into confirmed bookings through persuasive selling techniques.
• Finalize deals and coordinate with the legal and finance teams for documentation.

• Follow-Up & Relationship Management:
• Regularly follow up with interested prospects to ensure continued engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential buyers.

• Coordination & Reporting:
• Work closely with the pre-sales team to ensure a smooth handover of customer leads.
• Maintain and update customer records in Excel or CRM tools.
• Track and report sales performance, lead status, and conversion metrics.

Key Requirements:

• Any degree with 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, preferably in apartment or villa sales.
• Willingness to work at project sites across Chennai & outskirts.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication skills in Tamil & English.
• Proficiency in Excel & CRM software for lead and customer management.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven.
