Job Title: Pre-Sales Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller / Pre-Sales Executive to generate and qualify leads for our real estate projects. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to build strong client relationships over the phone.

• Call potential customers from the provided database and generate interest in real estate projects.
• Follow up with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to nurture and convert them into site visits.
• Explain project details, pricing, and benefits to prospective buyers.
• Address customer queries and provide relevant information to facilitate decision making.
• Convince clients to visit project sites and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
• Ensure seamless communication between clients and sales representatives.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Provide regular reports on lead status, follow-ups, and conversions to the sales team.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with business objectives.
• Gather market insights and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in real estate pre-sales.
• Fluency in multiple languages (English, Hindi, or local language) for better customer engagement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced sales-driven environment.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum Graduate (Any stream). Specialization in Sales & Marketing is a plus.
• 1-3 years of experience in telecalling, pre-sales, or customer service (preferably in real estate).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software.
• Basic understanding of lead funnels is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.
