• Overall control & maintain of all Store functions like receipt, Issuance, Internal / External Movement of material from stores.

• Preparation of daily Stock sheet. & maintain the Inventory as per norms. Daily Report of critical & Excess Items.

• Receipt & issuance of Bop/Consumable items. Preparation of R.G.P, N.R.G.P.and their reconciliation.

• Daily Perpetual Inventory & Physical stock Verification. Tracking and maintaining inventory levels in stores for all the required items.

• Ensure timely preparation of MRN/ MIGO

• Regular intimation to suppliers about their discrepancies in material.

• Keep the rejection status and sent to the suppliers on time.

• FIFO maintaining in store area. Making a report of Slow moving/Non-moving stock.

• Follow up to purchase Dept. for timely supplies.

• Preparation of M.I.S of Stores & Dispatch.

• Storage and preservation of material as per fixed and flexible location according to layout.

• Assuring 100% counting of A” Class parts and preparing Trouble Report for discrepancies.

• Monitoring availability of stock, making appropriate arrangements to ensure on time deliveries.

• Handling the periodical analyses of consumption of stock, level of stock, movement of stock, wastage of material, inventory control / stock management as per ABC specifications.

• Managing effective reduction of inventory excess & obsolescence; co-ordinating all physicals' inventories and necessary corrective action on variance.

• Control and disposal of slow moving & obsolete stock, Control on scrap, storage and sale. Materials accounting and record keeping.

Coordinating with the PPC and Stores for material availability based on the requirement generated through MRP.

Responsible for Control the inventory value as per the company norms.

Daily Planning Meeting with Store, Production, QA etc. for proper execution of Production Plan.

Overseeing the receipt as well as material issuance of as per daily requirement.

Making monthly, weekly & daily material requirement Plan against production Plan.

Reconciliation of materials through my SAP considering all movements.

Maintaining & controlling rejection Material from RQC & Production dept sending back to vendor.

Coordination with production engineering & R&D team for BOM accuracy.

Handling implementation plan against new released ECN’s by R & D Teams.

Monitoring stocks at vendor end to prevent any type of stoppage at our end.

Generate purchase Order, Purchase Requisitions, Schedules Thorough SAP.

Maintaining & Controlling Direct & Indirect commodities (Consumable) parts. ole & responsibilities
