Developement and Operations Executive

• Product Development & Innovation
• Lead the development and continuous improvement of the Auskey Digital Stethoscope.
• Research, design, and evaluate materials, assemblies, processes, and equipment.
• Drive product enhancements and innovations for future product versions.
• Document all phases of research and development.
• Quality Assurance & ISO Certification
• Manage and maintain our ISO 13485 Quality Management System.
• Establish and enforce quality control and assurance processes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including maintaining the Product Technical File.
• Operations & Assembly Management
• Set up and optimize assembly processes for the device.
• Develop and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality control procedures.
• Oversee the manufacturing and packaging processes to ensure timely delivery of finished goods.
• Coordinate product repairs and warranty replacements.
• Vendor & Supply Chain Management
• Identify, evaluate, and manage relationships with vendors and suppliers.
• Ensure procurement timelines, stock planning, and cost planning are optimized.
• Implement effective workflow optimization strategies.

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in PCB design and manufacturing techniques.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes, error analysis, and testing.
• Experience with mechanical product design, including form factor-oriented design and IP rating considerations.
• Knowledge of electronics fundamentals, including processor architecture, digital electronics, power, and signal conditioning.
• Familiarity with high-speed intraboard communication, connectors, and wiring harness design.
• Basic understanding of operating systems, including RTOS, BSP, drivers, and bootloaders.
• Ability to compile shop floor process instructions and safe working procedures.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
