Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP EAM Consultant with in-depth knowledge of Plant Maintenance. The ideal candidate should have min 8 years of experience in SAP EAM and PM and must have been involved in at least three full-cycle implementations and rollouts in S/4 HANA.

Responsibilities:

• The candidate should have Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of SAP EAM and PM with good communication skills in working with international clients
• At least 3 End to End implementations and Rollouts experience in ARIBA
• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements for the Plant Maintenance and EAM module.
• Design, configure, and implement SAP EAM solutions to meet business needs.
• Hands on experience in the requirements gathering/ fit-gap, design/blueprinting and configuration/customization phase of SAP transformation program and educate end-users on the functionalities and best practices of SAP EAM.
• Configure the SAP EAM system to support Master data maintenance, Notification process, Corrective maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Emergency maintenance, calibration process and Refurbishment Process
• Oversee the management of asset master data, including equipment hierarchies, maintenance plans, and asset history
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EAM with other modules such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Finance (FI).
• Conduct data migration and ensure data integrity within the SAP EAM module.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP EAM system post-implementation.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP EAM functionalities and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of SAP best practices and experience with SAP ACTIVATE methodology.
• Consultant should be ready to move to onsite if required.
