Job description

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP EAM Consultant with in-depth knowledge of Plant Maintenance. The ideal candidate should have min 7 years of experience in SAP EAM and PM and must have been involved in at least three full-cycle implementations and rollouts in S/4 HANA.

Responsibilities:

The candidate should have Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of SAP EAM and PM with good communication skills in working with international clients
At least 3 End to End implementations and Rollouts experience in ARIBA
Collaborate with business users to gather requirements for the Plant Maintenance and EAM module.
Design, configure, and implement SAP EAM solutions to meet business needs.
Hands on experience in the requirements gathering/ fit-gap, design/blueprinting and configuration/customization phase of SAP transformation program and educate end-users on the functionalities and best practices of SAP EAM.
Configure the SAP EAM system to support Master data maintenance, Notification process, Corrective maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Emergency maintenance, calibration process and Refurbishment Process
Oversee the management of asset master data, including equipment hierarchies, maintenance plans, and asset history
Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP EAM with other modules such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Finance (FI).
Conduct data migration and ensure data integrity within the SAP EAM module.
Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP EAM system post-implementation.
Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP EAM functionalities and industry trends to provide innovative solutions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Knowledge of SAP best practices and experience with SAP ACTIVATE methodology.
Consultant should be ready to move to onsite if required.
