Lead Project Coordinator - PMO - SAP Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership and Supervision:
   • Lead, coach, and motivate team to achieve both short-term and long-term objectives.
   • Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members.
   • Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive team environment.
   • Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviews to ensure clear communication and feedback.
2. Monitor and Evaluate Daily Activities:
   • Oversee daily operations to ensure tasks and projects are being completed on time and at a high quality.
   • Monitor and manage workloads, adjusting as necessary to ensure balanced work distribution and efficient resource allocation.
   • Track team members progress against KPIs, targets, and deadlines. Provide regular updates to senior management on team performance.
3. Performance Management:
   • Conduct regular assessments of individual and team performance.
   • Provide constructive feedback and implement improvement plans when necessary.
   • Address performance issues promptly, offering guidance and support for improvement.
4. Technical Oversight :
   • Provide technical guidance and support for EWM and TM implementations, upgrades, and integrations.
5. Process Improvement and Efficiency:
   • Continuously evaluate team processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
   • Work with other departments and leadership to standardize best practices and ensure alignment across teams.
   • Use data and metrics to identify trends and areas for development, providing actionable insights to enhance team performance.
6. Conflict Resolution and Support:
   • Act as a point of contact for team-related issues, concerns, and escalations.
   • Handle conflicts or disagreements within the team with a focus on resolution and maintaining a positive work atmosphere.
   • Offer support and guidance to team members in achieving their career development goals.
7. Training and Development:
   • Identify areas for team development and provide opportunities for training and upskilling.
   • Ensure team members are well-equipped with the tools, resources, and knowledge necessary to perform their duties effectively.
   • Encourage continuous learning and professional growth within the team.
8. Communication and Reporting:
   • Ensure clear, consistent, and open communication with all team members.
   • Provide regular updates on team performance, progress, and challenges to senior management.
   • Facilitate collaboration between different teams or departments to achieve common objectives.
9. Other Responsibilities:
   • Participate in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes for new team members.
   • Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
   • Assist in budget management and resource planning for the team as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Education : Degree or equivalent, e. g. , Bachelor s in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience : Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with at least 4 years of experience managing teams.
• Skills :
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in project management tools (e. g. , Jira, Trello, Asana, etc. ) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of performance management systems and techniques.
