Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a seasoned SAP Project Manager to lead and manage our large-scale SAP eCommerce or ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP project management, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of successful SAP deployments. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage large-scale SAP eCommerce or ERP implementation projects from initiation to closure. Develop and maintain detailed project plans and sprint plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Establish project roles and responsibilities and provide team members with clear direction. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements. Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks and issues. Manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. Provide regular project status updates to senior management and stakeholders. Facilitate project meetings, including kick-off meetings, status updates, and post-implementation reviews. Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and methodologies. Provide leadership and guidance to project team members. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP project management. Proven experience in managing large-scale SAP eCommerce or ERP projects. Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration points. Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. SAP Activate Certification. PMP or SAP certification is a plus.
