Associate Lead Consultant

We are looking forward to hire SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM) Professionals in the following areas :

• Experience of 8-10 Years in SAP MRO (Plant Maintenance), knowledge on SAP Aerospace and Defence module would be added advantage
• Bachelor s degree in computer science or equivalent from an accredited college or university.
• SAP certification in PM or MM is preferred but not mandatory
• Experience with SAP S/4 HANA, particularly in the areas of asset management and MRO
• Configure and maintain SAP PM and MM modules to support MRO processes, including maintenance work orders, inventory management, procurement of spare parts, and resource planning
• Maintain end-to-end MRO processes, including preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance strategies
• Support the integration of MRO activities with other SAP modules such as MM(for Spare parts management), PP (for production planning), and FI/CO(for Cost tracking and financial reporting)
• Work with Operations and Maintenance teams to develop effective maintenance schedules, ensuring that MRO processes align with business objectives
• Optimize the use of SAP EAM functionalities for tracking asset lifecycles, performing maintenance, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to asset reliability, maintenance costs, and resource efficiency
• Train end users on SAP MRO processes, including the creation of maintenance orders, work confirmations, and inventory management
• Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul/Operations (iMRO) and SAP ISU Device management,
  of diversified industries such as Aerospace Defence
• Inventory management, asset maintenance and service processing, planning, provisioning, procurement, and sales
• Extensive in-Depth knowledge in plant maintenance business process scenarios like Planned, Breakdown, Preventive & Calibration
• Work Order types, Operations, Order Hierarchies, Refurbished Orders, Mobile work orders, Finding Maintenance Orders, MRO process related issues and etc.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in the implementation and support of SAP plant maintenance for enhancing the plant operations
• Project analysis, configuration, testing, support, developments/enhancements and implementation of the SAP modules
• Must be proficient in handling Issues/ troubleshooting / support functions.
• Should have experience in building the integration of SAP with applications which are non-SAP.
• Good knowledge on ticketing tools like ServiceNow, Solution Manager etc.
• Ability to establish and maintain a high level of customer trust and confidence.
• Excellent communication skills.
