We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Solution Architect with a strong blend of techno-functional expertise to join our team. As a key player in our SAP implementation and support team, you will drive the end-to-end solution design, from blueprinting to deployment, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. You will be expected to take a lead role in designing, architecting, and delivering integrated SAP solutions that align with business requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with strong SAP knowledge , leadership experience, and the ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment. You will be part of a global team working in US time zones (EST), ensuring smooth business operations for our global clients.
Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage end-to-end SAP solution design and architecture across multiple functional areas (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP CRM, etc.)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (business users, technical experts, developers, and stakeholders) to gather and understand business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Provide strategic and functional expertise in SAP, driving design decisions and ensuring solutions align with best practices and industry standards.
- Lead the configuration and customization of SAP solutions in alignment with business processes.
- Ensure seamless integration between SAP and other business systems (e.g., legacy systems, third-party solutions).
- Proactively identify potential system issues, propose solutions, and ensure continuous improvement in business processes.
- Mentor and guide junior SAP consultants and technical teams, ensuring knowledge sharing and consistent quality in deliverables.
- Assist with project planning, estimations, and resource allocation , while ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Provide post-implementation support , including troubleshooting, optimization, and end-user training.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across different business units to ensure that SAP solutions deliver optimal business value.
- Ensure a positive, proactive attitude with stakeholders, and act as a trusted advisor to the business.
- Minimum 8-12 years of experience working in SAP with a solid techno-functional background .
- Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA , SAP ECC , or other relevant SAP modules.
- Proven experience as an SAP Solution Architect in leading implementations and driving system architecture .
- Strong functional knowledge across key SAP modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Sales & Distribution, Procurement).
- Hands-on experience with SAP configurations, customizations , and integrations with other applications and systems.
- Experience with cloud solutions , SAP Fiori , or SAP UI5 is a plus.
- Ability to articulate and communicate complex solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor teams, driving high-performance and collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to deliver solutions.
- Excellent communication skills with a positive, customer-focused attitude and a proactive approach to collaboration.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies, with experience in Agile SAP project environments preferred.
- Ability to work in US EST working hours (and provide support till noon EST).
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology , or a related field.
- SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a strong advantage.
