Job Description
- Travel Management
- Finalize contracts and define SLAs for travel services.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of airlines, train services, and other travel operations.
- Develop and manage itineraries for company travel.
- Logistics
- Oversee company and vendor vehicle management.
- Ensure timely arrangement of vehicles and rostering.
- Visa & Currency
- Handle documentation processes for visa issuance.
- Maintain knowledge of travel insurance guidelines.
- Monitor exchange rates and manage currency requirements for various countries.
- Hotel Booking
- Liaise with local hotel vendors and negotiate standard rack rates.
- Establish and maintain relationships with hotel vendors for both domestic and international bookings.
- Automation
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and work standards.
- Drive process automation to align with organizational needs.
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and implement automated systems.
- External and Internal Communication
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Address and resolve basic inquiries about the companytravel and logistics services.
- Compile and process vendor invoices within stipulated timelines.
- Grievance Handling
- Assess the severity of complaints and take appropriate action.
- Maintain logbooks and historical data for all incidents.
- Provide efficient resolutions to grievances, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- CUG Management
- Distribute Closed User Group (CUG) connections and numbers to team members.
- Prepare and manage monthly deduction sheets.
- Oversee the activation and deactivation process of CUG services.
- Quality Enhancement
- Drive continuous improvement in travel systems and processes.
- Facilitate enhancements and remain updated on industry developments.
