Job Description :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing and user-friendly websites that align with client goals and enhance the user experience.

As a Web Designer, you will work closely with our development, marketing, and content teams to create and implement web designs that are both functional and aesthetically pleasing.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement website layouts, landing pages, and templates that are visually appealing and align with client and business goals.

- Collaborate with the development team to ensure web designs are feasible and user-friendly.

- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to demonstrate design concepts to stakeholders.

- Design and optimize graphics, icons, and images for use on websites and digital platforms.

- Ensure website designs are responsive and compatible across all devices and browsers.

- Conduct research on user preferences and competitor websites to stay current with design trends.

- Optimize designs for loading speed and SEO best practices.

- Gather feedback from stakeholders and make necessary adjustments to the design.

- Maintain brand consistency and ensure high-quality standards are met.

Requirements :

- Proven experience as a Web Designer, with a portfolio showcasing web design work.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, or Sketch.

- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (coding skills are a plus but not required).

- Familiarity with responsive design principles and frameworks (e.g , Bootstrap).

- Understanding of user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) best practices.

- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a problem-solving mindset.

- Ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple projects, and work well in a team environment.

- Excellent communication skills to present design concepts and gather feedback
