Job Description :

Team Leadership :

- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of UI/UX designers.

Design Strategy :

- Define the UI/UX vision and strategy aligned with company objectives.

- Advocate for user-centric design principles and best practices.

- Develop and maintain design guidelines, style guides, and UX standards.

Project Management :

- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements.

- Plan and prioritize design tasks to meet project deadlines.

- Ensure seamless coordination between design and development teams.

Design Execution :

- Oversee the creation of wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and mockups.

- Conduct usability testing, gather user feedback, and iterate designs.

- Stay updated on UI/UX trends and implement innovative design solutions.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Present designs and concepts to clients and stakeholders.

- Communicate design rationale and decision-making processes effectively.

- Align designs with business goals and user needs.

Qualifications :

Education :

- Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of managing and delivering design projects.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in design tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.

- Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and usability principles.
