Livekeeping - Senior Product Designer - Adobe Creative Suite (6-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design process for product features, ensuring high-quality visual design and user experience.

- Conduct user research and UX research to gather insights and inform design decisions.

- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to create intuitive, user-centered designs.

- Develop design concepts and prototypes using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, and InVision.

- Drive design thinking across the team, ensuring that solutions are innovative, functional, and aligned with user needs.

- Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance and support for their growth and development.

- Create and maintain design systems, ensuring consistency across all product interfaces.

- Present design solutions and rationale to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

- Iterate on designs based on feedback from users, stakeholders, and testing.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless implementation of design concepts.

Qualifications :

- Experience 6+ years of experience in product design with a proven track record of leadership and team management.

- Design Skills Expertise in visual design, design thinking, and a strong understanding of UX/UI principles.

- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch.

- Familiarity with prototyping tools like InVision and Figma.

- Strong user research and UX research skills to create user-centered designs.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts and decisions.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a related field.

- Experience in the tech industry is a plus.

- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and contribute to a positive team dynamic.
