Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Team Manager with a strong background in Sales within the EdTech industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent team management skills, the ability to drive performance, and expertise in negotiation, problem-solving, and retention of both employees and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Management & Leadership:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve business goals.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance team performance and efficiency.
• Conduct regular training and mentoring sessions to upskill team members.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to boost team morale.

Sales :

• Drive sales strategies to increase revenue and market share in the EdTech sector.
• Develop and execute sales plans to generate leads and improve brand awareness.
• Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competition to refine business strategies.
• Ensure team members meet their sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Negotiation & Problem-Solving:

• Effectively handle client negotiations to close deals successfully.
• Address customer concerns, ensuring a seamless and satisfactory experience.
• Identify and resolve operational or sales challenges proactively.

Retention & Customer Relationship Management:

• Implement strategies to improve customer retention and engagement.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term partnerships.
• Monitor team performance and implement initiatives to improve employee retention.

Key Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the EdTech industry.
• Proven experience in team management and leadership.
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Tamil (mandatory) along with strong communication skills in English.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
• Excellent managerial and interpersonal skills.
