Role & responsibilities

• Psychometric evaluation .
• One-to-one consultation-
• Concerning factors identified in psychometric report but still we consider the applicant.
• One mandatory interaction for each cadet, within 3 months of joining - which can be aligned with their regular appraisal system.
• Counseling based on personal development- behavioral aspects like communication skills, confidence, motivation, esteem - the factors that has potential to affect academic performance and personal development.
• Training- Soft Skills sessions
• Bi-weekly content development on age relevant topics like study skills, effective decision making, time management etc.
• Driving the CSR activities, taking cadets to field trips, interaction with parents etc.

For Employees,

• Consultations for employees- need basis.
• Employee engagement training 2 per year.

• Counselling based soft skills like communication and interpersonal skills.
• Writing skills.
