Role & responsibilities Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks Tie up with Institute for recruitment Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases Assist in employee benefits and compensation packages such as health insurance, bonus, employee stock options etc. Assist in performance evaluations and providing feedback to employees Assisting in compliance with labor laws and regulations Preparing and presenting HR-related reports to management Assist in day to day administration of HR activities such as payroll process, time office administration, leave calculations, employee engagement activities, training coordination. Manage the CEO's schedule, including meetings, emails, calls, client management, and other logistics.Draft and respond to professional letters and emails, ensuring clear and accurate communication.Handle complex scheduling and ensure information flows smoothly to senior executives. Manage travel plans for senior executives, including booking flights, hotels, transportation, and meals.Organize team communications and plan events, both in- house and off-site. Keep all information confidential and maintain professionalism at all times.
