Job Description:

Position : Human resource Intern

Responsibilities:

• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Maintaining a smooth onboarding process
• Nurture a positive working environment
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metric
• Manage Team building activities
• Ensuring policy awareness
• Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary, and termination procedures
• Maintaining employee and workplace privacy

Please Note : Training will be provided.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills( English,Hindi) and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of MS office applications.(MS Word,Excel,etc.)
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Skills/Qualifications:

• Any graduate or Masters degree in Human resource management or equivalent field
• Outstanding ability to think creatively, identify and resolve problems
• Attention to detail and the ability to effectively multi-task in a deadline driven atmosphere
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
• Comfort in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, start-up environment
• High levels of proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
