Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and collaborate with agencies for hiring needs.
• Oversee employee onboarding and design training programs for skill development.
• Develop and implement performance evaluation systems and conduct appraisals.
• Draft, update, and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
• Foster a positive work environment and address employee grievances effectively.
• Handle payroll, attendance, leave management, and employee benefits.
• Plan and execute strategic HR initiatives like workforce planning and diversity programs.
• Promote employee engagement through activities, feedback, and recognition programs.
• Ensure smooth HR operations with the use of HRMS tools and other systems.
• Support organizational growth by aligning HR strategies with business goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in any field.
• 2+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in a startup or mid-sized company.
• Strong understanding of HR principles, employee laws, and compliance.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Proficiency in HRMS tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
