Position Purchase Executive (For AARC Marine India)

Qualification / REQUIREMENT

• Graduate in Engineering or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical/Marine.
• Minimum 2 years in Procurement, Supply Chain Logistics or SCM.
• Experience in the shipping/marine industry.
• Conversant in MS Office and preferably any ERP system.
• Reliable, meticulous, resourceful, aggressive in cost-effective sourcing.
• Communication, teamwork, Proactive planning, Problem-solving, decision-making.

EXPERIENCE:

Min 2 Years in Procurement(Provisions)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Attending to enquiries for supply and Services; Provide timely quotation; and

process order efficiently for Fleet vessels

• Assist in the selection of Reliable suppliers, Alternative Sourcing, and Regular

evaluation of Suppliers Performance.

• Liaise closely with Fleet team, Customers, Suppliers for efficient and timely

operations ensuring high-quality service.

• Ensure prompt submission of job closing for timely invoicing.
• Submission of daily work report.
