Job Description

Job Summary:

The Team Lead for Real Estate Sales is responsible for managing and leading a team of sales professionals in the real estate sector. This role involves overseeing the sales process, setting and achieving team sales targets, training and developing team members, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service and sales performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, leadership skills, and a results-driven approach to managing a team.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Team Leadership:
    • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
    • Conduct regular team meetings to discuss goals, challenges, and opportunities.
    • Resolve any team conflicts and ensure the team remains focused and collaborative.
  • Sales Strategy Development:
    • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve the companys real estate sales goals.
    • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to adapt sales approaches accordingly.
    • Work with management to develop and execute sales campaigns and promotions.
  • Training & Development:
    • Provide training and development opportunities for the team on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer service.
    • Ensure team members stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
    • Identify opportunities for team members’ career growth and offer appropriate guidance.
  • Performance Monitoring:
    • Track team performance against sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Prepare and deliver performance reports to upper management.
    • Implement corrective actions and improvements when targets are not met.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Ensure that all team members maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing timely and efficient service.
    • Act as an escalation point for complex customer inquiries or issues.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaboration with Other Teams:
    • Coordinate with marketing, operations, and customer service teams to ensure seamless sales processes.
    • Collaborate with the real estate development or property management teams to stay informed about available properties and upcoming projects.
  • Reporting:
  • Review and submit the reports to the Reporting Manager on Daily, weekly & Monthly Basis.
  • Prepare Profit & Loss report analysis and submit to Reporting Manager

Qualifications:


  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field.
    • Real estate license (as required by local regulations).
  • Experience:
    • Proven experience as a Real Estate Salesperson with at least 2 to 3 years of sales experience.
    • At least 2 years in a leadership or team management role within real estate sales.
    • Strong understanding of the real estate market, trends, and local regulations.
    • Experience with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Should be Self Motivated
    • Should have the target oriented mindset
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
    • High level of professionalism and customer-focused mind-set.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
