We are looking for a Team Manager with 8+ years of experience to be based at our Mangalore office in India, and to be part of our growth story..

Reporting to Urszula Ko?cija?czuk, Development Manager, you'll play a key role in establishing a solid foundation for our team members in India..

Responsibilities.

Create a positive work environment and encourage teamwork to boost team engagement and productivity..

Lead and motivate software developers and emphasizing alignment, motivation, and excellence in project delivery..

Act as a people manager for a local Scrum team, collaborating closely with European counterparts and providing support to the Product Owner and Scrum Master..

Lead efforts to recruit and grow a talented team in India, tapping into diverse talent sources..

Drive continuous testing and quality assurance efforts, ensuring a steadfast commitment to software quality..

Support retention efforts by nurturing a workplace culture that values and engages employees..

Promote and maintain agile methodologies and efficient time management practices, striving to enhance productivity and quality while minimizing inefficiencies..

Take initiative to recognize and rectify skill gaps, fostering a culture of continuous growth and learning..

Conduct regular one-to-one meetings to facilitate individual growth and development, utilizing allocated resources effectively..

Take on the role of team lead with either technical or business expertise, contributing as needed to ensure productivity within the web development team..

We expect that you have the following experience:.

Hold a bachelors degree or higher in a relevant field (preferred)..

Minimum 7 years of professional experience, with at least 2-3 years in leadership management within the software industry..

Demonstrate strong leadership and team management capabilities..

Exhibit excellent communication skills, able to effectively collaborate with diverse teams across different locations..

Show dedication to continuous learning and fostering talent development..

Language Skills: Proficiency in English (written and spoken) at a B2 level minimum..
