SYSTRA is the GENERAL CONSULTANT (GC) FOR PHASE-II CORRIDOR FROM JLN STADIUM TO INFOPARK VIA KAKKANAD OF KOCHI METRO RAIL PROJECT.

We are seeking applications for the role of Senior Engineer, Track in Kochi Metro Project.

Missions/Main Duties.

Responsible for review of designs for the track structure including track bed, track superstructure, rails, turnouts, concrete sleepers, expansion joints etc for Ballastless track on main line and ballasted track on depots.

Work with Experts of other system discipline to ensure consistency & integration.

Review the final specification, designs of all components as submitted by the Contractor and monitor the supply, installation, testing & commissioning.

Profile/Skills.

Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.

Minimum experience of 10 years in relevant field, out of which minimum 4 years experience should be in similar role in construction of ballastless track works for metro rail projects/rail based transit projects.

Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.

Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.

Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence without authority.
