Job Description
Experience - Engineering Graduate with 10+ years of experience, including a minimum 4+ years in Metro/Railways Projects.
- Contract Expert (Civil) assists Chief Contract Manager in management and interpretation of all contracts signed between the GMRCL and Detailed Design consultant / Construction Contractor / Design Build Contractor / Suppliers / etc.
- To monitor, review & interpret all correspondence from contractors on contractual matters and assist Chief Contract Experts on the line of response.
- To review & analyze requests from Contractor and/or Consultants for variations, check stage payments and statutory & contractual recoveries thereof.
- To assist chief contract Managers on matters that must be referred to the employer as per contract for acceptance / final decision.
- To assist the Chief Contract Manager in all contract closure at the end of the project.
