We are looking for Finance Business Partner with 5+ years of experience to be based at our Mangalore office in India and to be part of our growth story.
Key Responsibilities: Leading the Business Unit through all tasks in the annual financial cycle, such as monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and the financial aspect of the strategy process.
Implementation of performance management methods and processes, including providing input for the development of relevant measures.
Participation in M&A activities, particularly the implementation of acquisitions.
Ownership of financial processes in the Business Unit, including serving as a point of contact between the Business Unit and Group Finance.
Identifying areas for process improvement, implementing best practices, and drive efficiency in financial operations.
Candidates need to be proficient in the below mentioned Skills: Have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience from business finance in a global organization or consultancy,.
Have a master's degree in finance, Controlling or Management Accounting or similar.
Strong understanding within the field of accounting and finance.
Can juggle multiple tasks and collaborate with stakeholders at various managerial levels in a dynamic business environment.
Extensive knowledge of MS office and working experience in Power-Bi, or any visualization tool is a must.
Work independently as well as in teams to create valuable results and achieve strategic goals.
Possess excellent communication and relationship building skills, to ensure successful collaboration with your many stakeholders.
Fast learner and passionate about the vertical software industry and a self-driven individual.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
