Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and oversee talent acquisition strategies aligned with the organization's growth and expansion plans.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership and critical positions across multiple functions, ensuring quality hiring within defined timelines.
- Collaborate closely with CXOs, business leaders, and department heads to understand manpower requirements and build proactive hiring strategies.
- Design and execute innovative sourcing strategies, leveraging industry networks, executive search, recruitment agencies, job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Drive employer branding initiatives to position the organization as an employer of choice through targeted branding campaigns, career events, and social media outreach.
- Optimize and oversee the applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline hiring processes and enhance candidate experience.
- Establish strong partnerships with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and external consultants to access top industry talent.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing talent acquisition team, ensuring they are equipped with the latest recruitment tools and methodologies.
- Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness, and quality of hire, and implement improvements as needed.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and ethical hiring practices.
- Manage recruitment budgets effectively while ensuring cost optimization in hiring processes.
- Implement succession planning initiatives by identifying high-potential candidates for leadership roles.
