Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Strategy & Growth:
- Develop and implement comprehensive revenue growth strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Establish clear revenue goals and ensure all sales teams and divisions are working towards achieving them.
- Identify new business opportunities, revenue streams, and market expansion strategies.
- Drive innovation in sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Sales Leadership & Management:
- Oversee all sales divisions, including General Trade, Modern Trade, CSD, CPS, Institutional Sales and Exports.
- Set performance benchmarks and ensure all sales teams meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Establish a structured sales process and ensure effective execution at all levels.
- Lead and mentor sales leadership teams, fostering a high-performance sales culture.
- Ensure alignment between direct sales, channel sales, and partner networks to maximize growth.
Marketing & Demand Generation :
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure effective lead generation and brand positioning.
- Align sales and marketing strategies to create seamless customer acquisition and retention processes.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing campaigns and improve conversion rates.
Customer & Market Insights :
- Develop deep market intelligence to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders to drive long-term partnerships.
- Utilize CRM tools and analytics to track customer engagement and revenue trends.
- Implement customer feedback loops to continuously refine sales strategies and product offerings.
Pricing & Revenue Optimization:
- Develop competitive pricing models to maximize profitability while maintaining market competitiveness.
- Optimize product pricing, discount structures, and sales incentives based on market demand and customer behavior.
- Work with finance and operations teams to ensure revenue forecasts and budget alignment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with finance, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and revenue strategies.
- Drive digital transformation in sales processes through the adoption of new technologies and automation.
- Collaborate with HR to recruit, train, and retain top sales talent.
