Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role & responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various levels of positions (entry-level to mid-management), including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and on-boarding.
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Sourcing Talent: Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking events to build a pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by communicating effectively and providing timely updates throughout the interview and hiring process.
• Interviewing and Screening: Conduct phone and in-person interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and recommend top candidates to hiring managers.
• Recruitment Strategy: Assist in developing and executing innovative recruitment strategies that align with the companys growth plans.
• Offer Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits in line with company policies.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates and metrics on recruiting activities, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
• Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities comply with legal requirements and company policies.
• Employer Branding: Contribute to enhancing the companys employer brand and presence on various platforms.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with executive search or recruitment for specialized roles.
• Certification in HR or Recruitment (e.g., SHRM-CP, AIRS).
• Exposure to employer branding initiatives or social media recruitment.
