Job Description :

We are looking for a highly experienced ITSM, Integration, and Flow Designer professional to join our team. In this senior role, you will be responsible for leading the design and implementation of ITSM workflows, integrations, and automation processes, ensuring seamless operations across systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of ITSM workflows using platforms like ServiceNow Flow Designer.

- Oversee integration of ITSM solutions with third-party tools and systems.

- Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline processes and enhance system efficiency.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define technical requirements and provide solutions.

- Troubleshoot and optimize existing workflows and integrations for better performance.

- Mentor junior team members and ensure best practices in design and integration.

Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow preferred).

- Strong expertise in Flow Designer, integration technologies, and automation frameworks.

- Deep understanding of API integrations, web services, and other integration protocols.

- Experience in managing complex ITSM projects with high-impact results.

- Proven ability to troubleshoot, optimize, and scale ITSM and integration solutions.

- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications :

- Relevant ITSM certifications (ServiceNow, ITIL).

- Minimum of 10 years in ITSM, Integration, and Flow Designer roles.

- Expertise in process automation, system integration, and service management.
