Role Overview:
- Whilter.ai is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven Enterprise Sales Manager / Senior Manager to join our growing team.
- In this hunting role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, building relationships, and expanding our client base by targeting enterprise-level accounts.
- You will play a critical role in establishing partnerships with top-tier brands and agencies, leveraging your expertise in the MarTech space to position Whilter.ai's cutting-edge solutions effectively.
- As an Enterprise Sales Manager, you will be a key player in driving Whilter.ai's expansion, with the opportunity to become a core member of the growth team.
- The role requires excellent sales acumen, a deep understanding of the marketing tech landscape, and strong connections with marketing teams within large enterprises.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt for new business: Identify, prospect, and close new enterprise-level accounts, primarily within brands and marketing agencies.
- Drive the development of strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with senior marketing teams of enterprise clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Position Whilter.ai as a leader in the MarTech space, demonstrating the unique value of hyper-personalized video solutions to enterprise clients.
- Lead sales cycles from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring the delivery of customized solutions that meet client objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams (product, marketing, and customer success) to align strategies and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Provide clients with insights and strategies on how to leverage personalized video technology to enhance customer engagement and drive measurable results.
