About us

At Wunderbarkids, we work to transform Education from the traditional system to a personalized approach that focuses on skill development. We believe that the whole purpose of Education should be to drastically increase the pace of mastery of performable skills for every learner.

We do this currently through our chain of self-operated preschools and K-12 schools where we are designing and rethinking the entire learning experience - including the space and infrastructure (we have immersive environments instead of age-based classrooms), teachers and teacher training (our teachers are scientists and observers instead of being content deliverers) and parent engagement (parents as collaborators rather than being antagonists). We are developing a robust academic backbone through primary research and data analytics, probably the first organization for early childhood. We use technology as an enabler at every step to scale up our system to thousands and millions of learners.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the brand communication and media plans in-line with the overall brand identity and positioning.
• Ensure consistent and cohesive messaging across all marketing channels.
• Work with external agencies and partners as well as an internal team of designers to create impactful content across all platforms to drive brand awareness and conversion.
• Research for consumer insights to make engaging & creative concepts for communication and refine marketing strategies.
• Develop & execute communication and programs to enhance customer experience through their journey with the brand.
• Manage & cater to the in-centre requirements of branding, events and experiences.
• Ensure effective monitoring of market trends, research consumers, and competitors

Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 4-6 years experience in Brand Marketing or similar role, with relevant years of experience.
• Previous experience in developing - engaging & creative concepts and communication.
• Experience in reviewing, planning & executing the brand marketing strategies.
• Previous experience in the education industry, is a significant plus.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and proactive in keeping up with industry trends and best practices.
