Mandatory criteria for the drive:

• Candidate must be on a career break currently for minimum 8 months
• Full time Graduation is mandatory

** Pre-Drive Event **
In addition to the walk-in drive, we will be hosting a pre-drive event as well in March.
Agenda:

• Provide an overview of WTW
• Discuss opportunities available
• Offer guidance on how to prepare for interviews
• Provide networking opportunities with our leaders to gain insights

We are inviting women to nominate themselves to attend the pre-drive event. This is a unique chance to prepare yourself for a successful career comeback.

Qualifications:

• Graduate ( No Education Gap)

Requirements:

• Able to work to a high level of accuracy.
• Able to work well under pressure and meet targets.
• Interpersonal skills to include good written and verbal communication.
• Customer and quality focussed.
• Computer literate.
• BachelorÀ™s or MasterÀ™s degree in any Major
• Experience in either DB/ DC pension administration &/or Canada/ UK/ US Pension experience essential

Knowledge/Experience:

• 3 - 8 years
