Consultant - Project Controller

Requirements:

• Over 5 years of experience in managing and delivering projects from a project controls and management perspective.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, MS Office suite (including Advanced Excel), ERP systems, and knowledge of Power BI is desirable
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with exceptional written, verbal, presentation, and overall communication abilities.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, with the ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, quick learner, forward-thinking, meticulous in quality assurance, and a team player with experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the PMO team in monitoring and controlling the portfolio of projects across the US.
• Use financial systems to assist seniors in analyzing, supervising, and documenting project financial outcomes and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Accounts, and Billing teams to resolve invoice-related queries promptly.
• Ensure invoice accuracy by handling multiple coordination tasks between internal teams and clients, performing thorough checks and cross-verifications.
• Collaborate with billing and finance teams to review and document accounts receivable, time sheets, and other expenses.
• Work with the design team to gather and organize engineering progress data for Earned Value (EV) analysis.
• Participate in generating monthly accruals for clients and recording project scope modifications.
• Create and maintain accurate reporting and tracking to verify planned value, actual cost, earned value, and schedule.
• Act as a liaison between iCRC and US for project setup in ERP, delivery, and billing, and assess impacts of changes to baseline estimates.
• Attend meetings, prepare and distribute agenda items, take meeting minutes, and track follow-up actions.
• Be responsible for meeting and exceeding client expectations
• Should be able to work/ attend meetings when required in US time zones.
