Job Description
- Position Summary: This position is responsible for understanding of Customer requirements, mapping the organization services to customer requirements/processes, effective solution designing, inputs to Sales force, preparing dashboard/MIS/presentations, attending process walk through & preparing commercials etc… Position will interpret company policies and enforce company rules, and meet company targets.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Good understanding of Banking/Finance & Insurance segment
- Understanding the client requirements basis on the scope defined
- Attending process study/ walk through @ customer premises or through online channels
- Ready to travel as per business requirements
- Preparing process note/draft
- Preparing Solution Designing
- Preparing presentations for internal & external stake holders
- Well versed with MS Office as needs to work on MIS/Tracker etc... (with requisite formulas)
- Must be willing to support the process/project by stretching the working hours
- Must be willing to support the process/project in night shift as well as on Sunday/Holiday etc.
- Position Qualifications:
- Must have working knowledge of computer
- Knowledge about Banking/Finance & Insurance Industry
- Must have basic analytical skills (ability to use thinking and reasoning to solve a problem)
- Positive attitude to support company policies and must be able to maintain a high-morale environment
- Must be able to adapt to change in the workplace and demonstrate flexibility with new ideas and different environments
- Must be able to train others
- Must be energetic (ability to work at a sustained pace and produce quality work).
- Must display honesty / integrity.
- Must be able to work under pressure (ability to complete assigned tasks under stressful situations).
- Ability to read and follow work instructions, procedures and policies.
- Education:
- Must be graduate/ Post Graduate from Commerce Stream
- Experience:
- Min 6 months to 1-year experience from Pre Sales or Solution Designing team/department
- Computer Skills:
- Ability to operate computerized equipment is required.
- Must have working knowledge of PC applications and perform data entry.
- Having typing speed of 20 WPM with an accuracy of 95%
