About the Team
The Workday People & Purpose organization enables high performance for Workday by creating remarkable experiences for our employees, candidates, customers and communities we engage with through the people programs and services we deliver. As the company prepares to double in size over the next few years, we are transforming how we deliver services to our employees, focused on providing remarkable service and support experiences for all Workday employees.Our People Operations team is the backbone of how employees experience HR at Workday. You will be hiring / leading, a successful team within our overall HR function. This team provides 2nd tier support, reporting services, data management, and other operational support for Workday globally. You ll be joining an outstanding organization, full of versatile and passionate HR professionals who are dedicated to ensuring a brighter workday for all!
