- Call Auditing and Sales Report Making: Conduct call audits for sales teams across 18 Bengaluru stores and Inside sales to ensure compliance with quality standards and prepare detailed sales performance reports for management review.
- Maintain Develop Sales Quality Standards: Ensure consistent adherence to quality standards in both internal and store sales operations.
- Assess Sales Team Interactions: Evaluate sales team performance against internal quality standards to ensure excellent customer engagement.
- Provide Constructive Feedback: Deliver detailed and meaningful feedback to the sales team to foster improvement and growth.
- Analyze Customer Sales Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and sales closures, assessing the teamimpact on these metrics.
- Develop Strategies to Improve KPIs: Create actionable strategies to enhance support KPIs and overall sales performance.
- Identify Training Needs: Map out areas where additional training can improve team performance and sales efficiency.
- Generate Performance Reports: Prepare and submit detailed reports to the reporting manager, highlighting team performance and areas for improvement.
- Enhance Customer Satisfaction Sales: Contribute to higher customer satisfaction and increased sales closures through quality improvement efforts.
- Foster a Positive Team Culture: Actively contribute to maintaining a collaborative and positive culture within the sales team
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and KPIs.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with an emphasis on providing constructive feedback.
